Each section is the right length and the 20-question quiz is consistent with the information provided on the videos. A link to a claim form for an eye test and the cost of varifocal lenses (my case) would be good but I imagine this is training provided by a third party so that would be difficult I guess.

Covers areas of work practice I haven't had to consider before as my previous job as a school leader didn't involve long periods at a desk. I have learned about self help things I can do to help my posture and prevent aches and pains. I am also aware of things my employee needs to support with. Very useful course, I wish I had done sooner.
