very informative and easy to understand.
Very simple and easy to use.
I found this course contained useful and interesting information which kept me focused and I didn't get bored. This in turn makes the course content easy to remember. I have also learned a lot and will take this on board. I particularly liked the de stress exercises and will be using these in the future.
although the training is easy to do it did seem rather boring in places as it dragged on

I prefer to read rather than listen to someone talking - easier to take the info in and also faster. This option is only available by switching on subtitles - the thing is designed around a bloke talking - and the subtitle option is dull by comparison with systems designed round reading. Fine if you take info in verbally - not well designed if you prefer to read (or are deaf).
