A good reminder of how a good work station improves your posture and your working day Easy to access and clear and informative.
Think the overall content could of been minimized and more straightforward personally as it takes longer than advised which has been done in my own time as I would not get a opportunity or time to do this within the work place. In addition there is minimal content around the use of lap tops as the focus is more related to office users.
