Not everyone was aware they could print a certificate at the end, maybe make this option clearer.
Content was excellent especially the exercises suggested. My problem was with the video because I work out on site with a Sumo then watching a video is very stilted and time consuming which made doing the course very frustrating. Not sure how this might be resolved except by an alternative series of stills with the existing sub titles,.

I enjoyed doing this course as it reminded me of some of the things I know I am supposed to do but don't always do. Some bits were a little long. It might not be realistic to be able to do all the exercises suggested on a regular basis but I will try to remember to do some of them.
Done it before, nothing new, just a refresher.
There was a good combination of presentation styles with some face to face presentation, some voiceover with models demonstrating and quizzes which helped to embed the learning.
