Well planned and delivered. Made me more aware of posture and equipment. Not relevant to my work because I'm a vet so equipment is fitted into odd corners and breaks all the rules but we have to do the office H&S so we can tick the box.
The text on the screen says 80 decibels and the man speaking over it says 85 (or it might be the other way around) when referring to the noise level at which your employer should provide protection.
Easy to use course, well presented and clear. Really appreciate the exercises section, good to refer to regularly.
