This is a good course that I found very useful. I would have preferred more interactive parts to keep attention focused. The intermittent multiple choice questions were welcomed by me to break up the continual video watching. The multiple choice questions at the end were slightly problematic when taking the course on a smartphone, I accidentally pressed the wrong answer when attempting to scroll up and there was no opportunity to correct the answer before it submitted.

Standard training, a bit boring, but the subject matter is important but dull.

i think this is my third year doing this course and its starting to get a bit boring now

Good update on previous training

great course made me think about the way i sit at my desk

The use of both written reminders at the end of each information piece along with visual examples was really effective. I liked the fact that I was able to navigate back if I wanted to and the information pieces weren't too lengthy with an overload of information. I did have good knowledge already but there were parts I was unaware of, for example the desk area and where to situate keyboard etc.
