This course is very simple to use & understand. Unfortunately, one or two of the recommended exercises have been contraindicated due to the fact the damage caused by doing those movements, greatly outweighs any benefits that may be felt.
Some great suggestions to ensure we are all aware of correct positioning and the benefits this will bring in preventing RSI.
Great programme, that allows users to save and return when unable to complete at once. Very easy to navigate and the benefits of subtitles when sound is not available was very helpful. Found the training very useful and informative.
I felt the course reminded me about what I should look out for while I am working at my desk.
