I learnt some useful tips.
The course content was good and easy to follow but the purple splash back between section was rather harsh on the eyes, which in a display screen equipment course, hmm...

A good course with a good pace and managed to make a dry topic interesting
I don't believe that it is possible to have your hands in line with you elbows whilst typing. They could be on the same level but typing on a standard keyboard is impossible

Having carried out this type of training and assessments many times it does go in to the necessity for being in the correct position when working at your desk and the potential outcomes if this is not followed.
