I completed the programme using the subtitled text as I was sat in a busy office. I actually preferred that option as it was more efficient and effective for me as a person on a screen which I may have found distracting.

As above, but after I had finished my 50 question test I did not find it very easy to know how to come out of this and get onto the next stage. I found it eventually, but feel this could be made clearer.
Only one issue was the sound level which varied several times between sections. As I had to use an ear piece it was a bit of a nuisance.

This is the first time I have used an on line training course and I was pleasantly surprised. An awful lot of the content is common sense on this particular module but it is put across well and easy to follow and informative - especially the section on exercises you can do at your desk. I would definitely use on line training again.
