Easy to you, very clear. Useful.
Having suffered from lower back pain in the workplace previously, I have put several measures in place - new chair, heightened desk and monitor. I found valuable desk exercises for both stress and rsi which I have noted and will use on a regular basis. I found the course informative and having a visual representation instead of just a written document may me remember a lot more. I found the course very useful today.

It was easy to use apart from getting from the risk assessment to the test at the end. I spent 6 minutes trying to get onto the test. It kept on wanting me to start from the beginning again.
