I thought this was very informative and was explained very well. Very easy to follow.

This course really helped me understand good posture and the importance of movement, taking breaks and resting the eyes. I often find myself slouching, usually after I feel lower back pain and realise that I am not sitting in the correct position. I will most certainly stick a post it note to my screen to remind me to sit correctly and to also get up and move around too. After a day sitting at my workstation, I often find I have a headache and realise now that this is because I have been staring at my screen for far too long without any breaks so the 20-20-20 rule is a wonderful tip. Thanks for a really helpful course.
