A useful course to take. The dialogue was clear, the instructional videos useful and overall it was well paced. The course helped me to assess my owen workplace environment effectively and I appreciated the walk through of physical and eye focusing exercises at the end. It would be great if a print-out / pdf summary of those exercises were available to provide a reminder to do them regularly.
Covers the basics of seating, positioning and use of display equipment in an offoce environment.
The assessment was easy to follow, with a test at the end with a good number of questions. It was quick and simple to use.
Excellent, easy to use
Picked up a few good exercises for wrists and eyes.
Enjoyed the exercises.
Exercise 8 would not play and the audio level was different between the videos.
Very informative and easy to listen to. Short programs make it easier to follow.
too long videos and could be written down in 5 pages
This assessment is biased towards office staff. Field based staff, particularly engineers often have no control over their working environment. When using their computers they may be sat, at a bench, on a tool box or even on the floor. It is a make do situation in most cases. Sometimes 3 arms would help.
