an excellent and easy to use course made fun
47 minutes on how to safely work at your desk is a ridiculous amount of time to force someone to sit and watch these videos. Surely a clever infographic would be much more cost effective and much less condecending for grown adults who have probably worked in the office industry for years?
All sections very helpful raising some good issues which some would have overlooked.

I need to adjust my workstation when I sit at the computer. I need to wear my screen glasses. I need to stop doing 2 things at a time.
This course has reminded me to adjust my works station when I go to the computer and to do one thing at a time. Either make up notes by hand, or use the computer but do no do both at the same time.
Simple course, covers all area required.
Very good course , it shows how to organise your work area so you can restrict damage you might cause on your body structure, hands and eyes. The contents in the course should be used on daily bases of work place but we human beings pick up bad habits or due to our own ignorance, we do not follow the general rules of what the course show us. It's an eye opener.
Much of the advice here is common sense. I am concerned at having to give this amount of time to a training session.
