It is a knowledgeable course to prevent injuries and raising awareness about how to set up your working station to your needs. It has also has positive ways of keeping your posture in the right position, avoiding tiredness, maintaining your surrounding making it accessible, clean and free from germs.

Very straightforward and easy to use
Content worthy of 5 stars. But - found the self assessment easy to follow up until the 20 question quiz which I nearly missed as this wasn't self explanatory on having to resume and click the half hidden arrow on the right to access (maybe this was my screen set up but most of the office staff did the same). The course however was very informative and showed all the 'bad habits' on not having the correct set up, which I have now hopefully rectified.
