Very well presented course delivered in a way that allows maximum convenience to the user, with the means to pause and resume at any time.

The effectiveness of each individual message is lost by forcing the participant to sit through every stage of the course. There should be a 15 minute core presentation with half an hour of content optional for focused interest. The fact that the programme does not store your progress and a single cursor error sends you back for a repeat of over 40 minutes is unforgivably frustrating!
I like the fact everything was explained and shown on a screen. It's easier to remember the images than just words. The length of the training was perfect. It definitely helped me to re-asses my sitting position and work station.
I love the fact that you started talking about postural effects of double screens. Really good.
A useful training and reminder of how to maintain good working practises
Clear and precise except where you need to exit the risk assessment as no 'close' icon which send you back to start. Otherwise instructions are clear and advise covers all aspects required for internal environment
