Very good course with lots of easy to understand and follow videos. A course to be carried out at your desk so adjustments can be carried out as you go through.

Very good course Easy and informative , very clear to understand.
The programme was very easy to follow and guided me through step by step. It made revision of this training easy and accessible. The demonstrations of posture and alignment were very clear and enable me to ascertain whether or not I have the correct sitting position at my work station.
