Unfortunately the training exercise is rather time consuming.
It is easy to use and will provoke thought about changing things so that they are right, thus alleviating discomfort and possible injury. Good news for me!
The course was interesting and educational.
Very clear, but a lot of it is extremely basic and rather tedious. Could there be fewer videos so we could just read the text? This would make it much quicker to complete. Rather a lot on using two screens which is not relevant for those of us who don't have 2 screens.

The programme was very useful and a reminder to how sitting at your desk should be done as i feel many of us get into bad posture habits.
This was extremely informative as I do ot regularly spend a lot of time at a computer so do not often think about the risks to myself when I am required to use a computer for a longer period of time.
Never acted on even when shows there is a problem.
I had put off doing this but I am glad I did as I learnt a few useful tips and the exercises were very good.
