This is a really informative course and very useful to those who are new to DSE. It's also a good refresher course those that are familiar with DSE.
I have enjoyed completing this on-line course. The information provided is very important for our health and safety at work. All the videos were very well explained. Also the possibility of subtitles make it easier for non native English speakers. Now I know how to work in a healthy posture and how to avoid possible pains and stress. The exercise section very useful as well.
