This course was particularly dry, however I'm not certain how one would make it more interesting. It had useful stretching exercises which I will use all the time, and the section on stretching was a good refresher for what one can do to relieve muscle tension and eye strain. I might suggest that the sections covering potential workplace hazards be sped up somehow, as it was a particularly long course and I think it is possible that the same information could be conveyed in a shorter time frame.

I think it would be useful to have some direction on how to clean the keyboard correctly as well as being told that it needed doing. It also would have helped if I could have altered the answer before it was submitted as one of my answers was done by me catching the mouse rather than answering the question!
