The course was practical and easy to follow. Particularly liked the exercises. I use a laptop and a second monitor, with the laptop providing my main screen; had to therefore adapt the course to my specific requirements.
Well directed diagrams to follow the instructions and answer the questions in the test.
Only negative is it should be stipulated that you need to do the risk assessment at your own work station.
Thorough, but content could have been delivered more quickly and efficiently.
