A great course which is easy to follow, useful examples and not too time-consuming. The information given is relevant and up to date.
Why is it so hard to exit the programme? I have now received three emails thanking me for completing the training. At first, when I had completed the test and saved a copy the screen status showed that I had was still part way through. I did the test twice so that I could be sure that the submission registered completed correctly. Following that I clicked on exit and then tried to click on yes several times (yes I was sure I wanted to close the programme). I have had this problem before and I know that if I were to exit the system without the system acknowledging it, I will keep getting reminders that it is unfinished.

The training reminded me of quite a few things that I had forgotten about my daily work station and I feel that it was a worthwhile use of my time to learn new points and as a refresher course also
