Although the training is clear and concise, it can be repetitious which can be tedious
The programme is extremely easy to use.
Basic, simple to understand, training and achieved purpose. Only criticism - slightly repetitive when the exercises were demonstrated. Overall it achieved what it set out to do so summary has to conclude it as a success.
I enjoyed working through the programme and picked up some good tips which I will use. The exercises were very useful in helping to prevent the onset of RSI. Thanks
