Generally good and well presented. I don't agree with some of the questions and your assessment of the answers.Sitting at a poorly adjusted chair does give rise to poor posture and is there not a wrong answer. It may not have been the answer you were looking for however it should not show on ones score as wrong.
Particularly appreciated the exercises to stretch fingers back etc. Need a reminder to prepare similarly when out on assignment.
