Good training session, easy to follow.
A couple of the questions the answers could be different from the correct answer.
Zero stars. What is the point? Especially so when considering your employer gives you a laptop as your main computer (with reflective screen) and an adjoining monitor that is not height adjustable.
I work from home on a laptop. As a result of the course I have already modified my work area. The information about positioning of equipment, taking breaks and exercising is very useful. One small criticism is that, when I was interrupted during the presentation, the instructions on how to pause the presentation and return later were not clear (to me!).
Didn't realise there was so much to consider when working at a desk on your laptop ... good exercise tips.
