Not sure the point about making sure cables for network and power are long enough to avoid stretching is needed - should be obvious.The point about "alternating shoulders" when carrying a a backpack is surely bad practice as any physiotherapist would say that a backpack should be used on both shoulders to spread the load.
Could do with some more interactive videos.
A lot of the information is obvious but it makes you think about it.
