Good, detailed transcript.

The slides did not work on my computer, so I relied on the transcript, which was fine as it was very detailed.

Very easy to navigate

I enjoyed this course. I felt it was informative and provided a lot of useful tips. The content was very well thought out and the process was easy to navigate.

5/5
Informative and convenient

Sometimes having classroom based learning with a group is not ideal for all candidates, I found this convenient as I could go through the course at my own pace.

Would rate 0 if I could.

Honestly, a lot of thing in this where dreadful and a waist of my time. You simply assume that everyone on the planet uses the same equipment. I have two very different keyboards that I use for work. One is a HHKB Pro 2 (look It Up) Which I bought with blank keycaps, So the little Section about "make sure that you legends are clear and visible" is pointless. The second Keyboard I use for work is a Ergodox (again look it up) which is a split keyboard that when you say I should have the H in the middle of my Dual monitor set up, This would not work as I would end up with one half of the board miles away from the other. In the "test portion" I don't understand why I would have to know where to place something if I was a non touch typist. There should be options to suit both so you don't have to answer a question that doesn't relate to the end user. Also the bits about "Exercises" would be better if you did the technique, then moved on, not making us watch someone who looks like they wish they would be doing literally anything else than making the video. Having to watch someone looking left and right for what feels like an eternity is a complete waste of anyone time. Rant over. Hope I never have to go through this again!
