Course was good.
Good course. Slides were a sensible length and clearly explained.
This course really helped me improve my posture at work and has alleviated the back and neck pain that plagued me. It made me appreciate how a simple change to how I sit and stand could help me in life. I practise what I learnt from this course at work but also at home. It also made me aware of what my rights in the workplace was and how I could question certain problems if I had to. Before I would not have done this but now I feel confident enough to do so.
A useful and comprehensive overview of what one needs to do for DSE training. Excellent video with clear instructions and appropriate exercises for reducing stress and fatigue.
Very informative and useful tips that I will adopt in everyday use of my DSE.
