Great course with one oops

Great course with common sense pointers, but "Always use light background and dark characters" is INCORRECT. If you notice in computer programming or video editing most of those programs by default use dark backgrounds and lighter text, and for good reason. A darker background helps immensely when your work has you starting at the screen for long periods of time. By using a dark background you effectively lower the overall brightness of the screen presented to your eyes versus using a light background, reducing eyestrain and keeping productivity high.By this course missing this important ergonomic fact, I have removed 1 star from this review.

The course was very informative .

The course gave me plenty of practical advice & guidance on how to maintain a healthy routine while working in an office environment .

4/5
Comprehensive, but dull and repetitive.

It's difficult to make this sort of material really interesting and engaging and this course doesn't manage that level. However it does cover all the statutory information and anything you might need comprehensively. It's a bit long and bit repetitive - but I suspect that's deliberate so that the messages are retained. My biggest criticism is that the "test" is no sort of test. It would be entirely possible to work out about 90% of the answers without having sat through the videos. While multiple choice is appropriate for this sort of online short course, the choices need to be a little more challenging for this to be a real test. If True or False is to be used at all, the correct answer should not be so obviously signposted in the qualifying text.

good advice given

Most of the information is common sense however, there was some information that I was not aware of and it was good to know.
