Very clear and easy to use
Very clear and easy to use
Relatively straight forward training covering all the salient points.
Easy to use and nice to be able to go back if you get a question wrong.
I like the way the iHasco courses are presented, however, I believe there is an over emphasis on "good posture". This also applies to the Manual Handling course, which I couldn't review as the link led to Google Reviews. As far as I can tell, there is little evidence that good posture is particularly important with respect to spinal and other health issues. Indeed, there is increasing evidence that an over emphasis on correcting posture can lead to pain in people with no real physical medical problems. I found this resource useful: https://www.painscience.com/articles/posture.php#sec_poorI think regularly moving is important and this should be stressed more.
Concise and clear instruction.
Found the system really easy to use and there for was no overload of information.
Excellent advice to ensure the working day is made more comfortable and particularly regarding health issues
The course clearly leads you through the best practices for workstation and display screen equipment use. I have learnt to ensure I take regular breaks, and change my activities - things I did not previously think about often enough.
Very interesting course, most question were self explanatory but did learn new things
