If there was a competition to deliver simple information in a tedious, clunky and patronising fashion, then this course would be the resounding winner!
The course was easy to watch and straight to the point. Only criticism is there were too many pages
Relevant points with some useful tips on how to ensure body and mind are kept optimal at all times.
QUITE STRAIGHTFORWARD
Slightly too long and struggled to complete in 1 go so 2 separate sections would of been better
