A clear and easily understood course which was user friendly.
a simple and straight forward training for people who uses DSE. mostly common sense, but just needed to be reminded sometimes.
This has significantly raised my consciousness about using DSE and the health implications which I have previously ignored. In the few days, that I have applied what I learnt, my back and shoulder pain has decreased and I am determined to keep improving!
