Provides easy and understandable training of why and how it's important to look after our bodies whilst using DSE.
I would strongly recommend having some of the videos combined as 1 of 47 videos will put the viewer on the back foot. The little intros and recaps should be 'hidden' as a number so that the amount of videos seems less daunting. The look and feel of the email templates can look a little 'spammy' and this gives an impact to the amount of initial take up. Otherwise, great content and does the job. Thanks, Tony
I enjoyed completing this course. It was easy to follow, I could stop and start at any point so it was easy to fit in to my busy work schedule and I picked up some useful hints which I will take from this.
This video set seemed to cover everything to do with what I use and interact with in the office environment.
Really good information and simple steps to avoid back injuries or strain eyes for a better and healthier working environment
