Could be improved

It would have been more beneficial to have completed this (whilst in the presence of another person, perhaps an ergonomics specialist?). This would enable a more accurate assessment of subjective elements (such as posture, height of display screen, correct position of monitor, correct positioning of keyboard, correct positioning of mouse, glare of room lighting). It looks OK to me, but I might be completely wrong or have poor posture!

Very thorough and covered every aspect

The presenters were presenting well. It is always better with 2 presenters when they are of equal standard. For a presentation promoting the auspices of posture, the lady had poor posture. Her head was flexed to one side and her right shoulder was noticeably higher. This is a common issue with women due to the way they raise one shoulder to accommodate the placing of a handbag strap on it and keeping the bag in place. This is most likely the cause. Her body is compensating in other areas by tilting to the left and her head tilting to the right to bring some semblance of "centralness" to her equilibrium. In conclusion, the female was noticeable in her posture defects which went against her common message. Her defect was probably not noticeable to the untrained eye. Mine is highly trained in this area.
