I'm sorry ihasco...but training that includes blinking is important and my keyboard should be in front of me is far too low levelThere were some points of interest and new learning, but if I'm honest I got stress during the course. Make it shorter and summarise the basic if they must be covered; don't labour then

The course is helpful if people didn't know certain things and facts however most of the questions were just common sense. I would say that the course did further my knowledge and make me aware of various things.
I enjoyed doing this course as it worked my brain and made me more aware of how to use the computer and keep my posture and eyes healthy
Easy to dip in an out when busy, this course was clear and concise in informing and demonstrating what everyone should practice. The extra resources were particularly helpful including exercises to reduce stress.

Provides plenty of information that is very easy to follow. I did not have to go back and re-watch any videos as the training was that easy to understand. I now feel much more informed on how I should be positioned at my desk.
