The course was comprehensive and clear. Although I "knew" a lot of the information, it was good refresher course in reminding me of what I should do, for example, the importance of good posture and moving. The exercises were especially useful. What I didn't know was also immediately helpful. e.g. regarding the need to keep the screen at right angles to the light source, my desk and computer screen is in front of the window and the room size and shape prohibits me from moving my desk. But keeping the blind closed permanently - even on dull days - has made a different to my comfort - I wasn't even aware of how tiring the glare was. So a good course with clear helpful visuals and useful posters to print out.

Good info but took a long time to complete. Good you could come and go from the programme.

The training programme provided by DSE for display screen equipment was effective and beneficial. It provided clear information and practical solutions which are easy to apply to a variety of working environments. The training has enabled me to fully understand why it is essential to apply this training to my own work station.

I have done a few of these over the years and I found this a really clear, concise course. Easy to follow and encouraging a good degree of audience participation. It took longer than it said as the videos kept stopping to buffer but I imagine that is about the IT at our end (I mention it in case not).

Good use of visual and graphic content to illustrate the points you are making. Other training sessions are more tedious as they are mostly comprised of text-based information.
