Easy to use and follow with plenty of useful tips. Also, there is no time limit which then takes the extra pressure off to get this completed. Useful training tool.

It is frustrating to do this course and find out that the environment that we work in isn't as it should be, but also knowing that nothing will be done to improve our working conditions. For example, where I work on reception we have 2 receptionists at any given time, with just 1 chair, but we don't have any anti-fatigue mats provided for us. We don't have room to rest our wrists in front of the keyboard, & not enough room for our legs, but again nothing is done to improve this.

good course - short and concise.Just one improvement - the test needs to have a submit button for each question rather than one time click on the answer as it doesn't give you opportunity to change your mind.

Navigation was very simply and the course was straight forward to understand. The questions were also written in a simply manner.

The course has been updated from the last time I completed to include portable devices and expanded advise on health guidance.

Would of preferred to read instead of listening

Good visual and concise explanations on what to do and how, but sound was prone to fading with some sections quieter than others.
