Very helpful
I always use my laptop without a mouse. Now I am going to change my practice.
This course gave lots of useful information about using a screen when working which I had not considered before, such as posture and the best position for viewing a screen and the areas to reach on my workspace. I shall be putting this training into use the next time I am at my desk!
