excellent advises and instruction, I will start apply in my day to day job
I found this training module on DSE clear, informative, educational and well presented with a meaningful narrative, supportive graphics and realistic models to enhance the training and its message. The training made clear the importance of a number of aspects when working at a desk with screen and keyboard, the priority of which was the need for effective posture and how to both achieve it and maintain it. The advice on body position for all parts pertaining to DSE would enable people to be effective in their workplace. I particularly approved of the advice about regular breaks and actvities to rest the eyes. A good training session!
