It was helpful to know about 20-20-20 eye breaks, regular breaks little & often, change of activity and cleanliness of workstation. I will be reminding myself to do these as I can see they would be helpful to reduce tiredness & stress. Best posture is your next posture!

This was quick easy and very informative. By far the best training module of its kind.
Whilst it is useful to learn about DSE Training, a lot of the content talked about does relate to having common sense in the work place. Though, this is not the case in all of the sections.

The volume of the mobile phone feature was much higher than the rest of the presentation volume.

I hadn`t realised, how bad my posture had become, however, the tasks I perform, are easy to fall into complacency. Having had DVT and off with stress it proves, care needs to be paramount
