I am glad I took this module as it has once again reminded me to particularly keep a note of my posture and to rest my eyes using the 20 - 20 - 20 rule. Thank you
The course was clear, well presented and easy to follow. The format of short concise sections was effective in getting the information across. The concluding assessment drove home the main points of the course effectively. A very worthwhile exercise.
I liked the format of this mandatory training module being clear and concise with lots of reminders and prompts throughout, offering lots of guidelines and recommendations for the everyday DSE user.
