A few slides go well off piste. i.e. germs and cleaning equipment, telling your manager when to "fix it" when the area is too hot or too cold or you aren't comfortable using the software you are required to use. HSE gone mad...
Helpful course. I used the written version as I had no sound and it made complete sense. It seemed to cover everything I needed and helped me to adjust my mouse speed so I was happy.
Useful and informative, concisely presented. Test not too much of a burden.
