A very good course. Good Level of detail on each topic. Perhaps more interactive activity exercises on setting up work station layout would enhance.
Easy to remember segments
Covered basics, but spent too much time on exercises and stress; not sure about the stress part, as more about environmental factors (which are valid and important), but not really about what I would see as stress. Consequently, spent little time on what to do if experiencing difficulties; no time on reasonable adjustments and little time on agile working and mobile working. Could have said lots more about handheld devices, since they are in increasing use. Very traditional, but needs to move on to take account of current trends. Nothing on related issues such as what people do outside of work (gaming, personal computer use, adjusting car commute seats), since these may be key in creating health issues.
