The training was simple to use and instructive.
The course is concise and clear
I found the course very helpful and that it covered all areas of correct usage of display screen equipment and correct posture. Very simple to follow and informative.
I thought the course was very informative and to the point. It wasn't too long either for training, and the quick questions at the end of each section were a good way to keep the information in your head. The speakers were easy to listen to and not boring and the visuals were just enough without bombarding you. I did like the way they referred back at times to different sections and I will conscientiously be stretching and taking visual breaks from my screen going forward.
