Videos were useful for examples like posture, but prefer to read to learn
I think this is amazing! I am pregnant and suffer with lower back pain and have high hopes that having this training will reduce those aches! I learnt a lot and can also help my other colleagues with DSE too!Thank you for giving me the opportunity to learn!

The course is good, and does help, but the sound kept dropping and at times was difficult to hear, very annoying.
