I feel as though the overall training session and test was easy to understand but it did feel like quite a long process
Some of the information was common sense but it did have some useful tips.
It would be better if the video didn't stop and start.

Very informative and clear.
Interesting course, heightens awareness of importance of good posture & breaks. Tend to work continuously on daily work when in the office, so a good reminder to keep active, take breaks and ensure you are comfortable at all times.
Provided useful exercises and information about screen adjustments as well as motivation to remind me to put this into practice.
The one thing I did feel uncomfortable about was the repeated message that taking the actions recommended would improve productivity. I am not a machine and felt uncomfortable with the implied message that I'm an object in a production line being brought up to scratch for the best outcome. Seemed a bit de-humanising.
There was a lot to think about and good advice on feeling better at work.
