Takes a while to get through video's could be shorter, or access to get to the test earlier.
The DSE very good and precise at getting the massage across on H&S, I was clear on what the test undertook and my requirements to this. I have picked up invaluable tips on my posture and positioning of items around my desk.

Also, to check the statement of test No. 17B, I think the statement should be ( True, I should only take a break and move my body) Not move by body when I realise I'm tired, uncomfortable or stressed.

Its the best online cause I have done, its interesting, though basic but giving awareness in case of any eventualities, can be applied every where, it has taught me a lot.
