In short, a really really long way to tell you to sit up straight and take breaks. Frustrating at best.

This course was helpful and a good course
I have completed DSE assessments many times before, but the iHasco DSE training was engaging and a useful reminder to showcase and ensure the best practices for ensuring my workstation was correctly set up, that I was taking the correct actions for my posture and to alleviate stress, aches and pains - and reduce risk. The online training course was easy to use and complete, with a clear and concise structure.

The course provides some useful tips albeit some aspects are simply not possible to implement in my case due to space restrictions at home.One or two good reminders of good practice - i.e take a break etc.
