Bite size clips and good use of graphics helped convey essential information. Good to see hygiene and cleanliness comprehensively covered.
The information is good but I would have liked to have been able to read the transcript at my own pace rather than have to go only at the video pace. This is too slow for some and will be too quick for others.
Clear and friendly presenters

The programme helps with the dos and don'ts in the use of DSE. Regular of it will help staff in their health issues.
Very good
Information about employer paying for eye tests is not correct in regards to Scotland, all eye tests in Scotland are free for all, funded via the NHS and Scottish Government. However, claiming money towards cost of glasses is applicable to Scotland. Some points are unlikely to be applicable in the real world, such as moving of desks if light source not at right angle. Personally, I find more eye strain when using a single monitor compared to two, as with one screen I find it harder to do comparisons and also that I need to close and open windows more regularly which personally I find increases my tired eyes. Having information in both screens works better for me.
