A knowledgeable course but effective to come out of bad practices
I have completed an earlier version of the same course a few years ago. In comparison this course is a better version of the previous one. The resources are very easy accessible and it was very quick to complete the course and the test

It was good to go through the step by step process and remind myself how my work space should be set up.
All made sense and some good things to think about
Overall very good, informative and current with portable devices and second screen use and hot-desking covered. A little frustrating that having mis-read a question (missing the word 'not') I got the question wrong and had to o through a considerable amount of course material to retake the test question, etc. a simple redo question when I knew immediately my error would be a good function.
Very easy to understand, clear and east to remember.
A comprehensive and useful training course, I learned quite a few new things.
