I found the pace of this course spot on and the content engaging.
More interactive over the same use of video media
But was rather long 47 questions could have been narrowed down a bit
The training was good but did not really cover the correct set up for DSE chairs for correct lumbar support.

The training is clear and uses relevant, simple vocabulary. There are small details to remember for the test e.g. looking down at 15 degrees which is interesting but not a detail that most people are going to remember in their daily working life unless they carry a protractor in their bag. Overall informative and relevant.
Good that it included portable and mobile screens. Software worked well, could be paused and didn't crash. Videos were factual and clear sound without too many gimmicks. Some things were pretty obvious already. Exercises were good.

Excellent course covering essential aspects of DSE best practises. Could feel the difference when following the guidelines and will continue to do so and advise other colleagues.
